5 years of relevant experience on commercial construction projects preferred. Must have experience creating and approving buyout scope letters for commercial construction specialty trades. Time management and prioritization skills. Sound math and analytical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with multiple projects concurrently under $20 million. Knowledge of sub-trades and an ability to manage others. Basic understanding of Critical Path Scheduling. Facilitate professional relationships with clients and team members. Ability to exercise good judgment.
