Responsible to collect, compile, review and submit change orders for approval. Complete from beginning to end of a change order journey. Coordination with subcontractors over their pricing, quantities, scope entitlement, any comments, etc. Track and manage the owner comments and communicate revise and resubmit comments between subs and owner. Work with project team to get change orders approved or closed. Must be comfortable with calling subcontractors/vendors and communicating verbally to collect document/information. After the call, follow up with an email to document the items and action items discussed. Hospital Experience a plus
