Experience estimating commercial type projects and producing project budgets for pre-construction and construction budgets. Time management and prioritization skills. Sound math and analytical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with multiple projects concurrently under $20 million. Knowledge of sub-trades and an ability to manage others. Basic understanding of Critical Path Scheduling. Facilitate professional relationships with clients and team members. Ability to exercise good judgment.
