Onboarding Documents Collection

Remote (in US Time Zones)
Call and follow up with subcontractors on a weekly basis to ensure the timely collection of onboarding documents. Have ability to make 50+ phone calls per day to subcontractors and other stakeholders. Maintain current onboarding log for project team and update as necessary Work with project team to unblock any items related to performing your job. Maintain a tracking spreadsheet of progress, blockers and completed work. Provide at least a weekly update to the project team about work completed, progress update and any blockers.

Qualification

7+ years of construction management experience. Ability to identify and extract subcontractor onboarding document requirements from project requirements and specifications. Experience in collecting and reviewing the following documents: -- Contract / Agreements -- Insurance Certs -- Billing Schedule of Values (SOVs) -- Payment and Performance Bonds -- Primary Vendors and Tier Subcontractors -- Insurance for all sub-tiers -- Project team contact list -- Schedule with crew size -- Submittal Register -- Material Lead time -- Site Specific Safety Plan -- Fall Protection Plan. Skills and Qualifications Attention to Detail: Ensuring all documents are accurate and complete. Organizational Skills: Managing multiple subcontractors and documents efficiently. Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with subcontractors and internal teams. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Problem-Solving Skills: Addressing and resolving any issues that arise during the onboarding process. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with document management systems and other relevant software.
